What is the Ridge Dental group Smile Protection Plan?
There is now a low cost dental coverage option open to any person who does not have dental insurance. As a member, Preventative and Diagnostic treatments are included 100% In the membership fee: 2 cleanings*, intra-oral digital X-rays, 2 exams and 1 emergency exams and 2 fluoride varnishes. The membership includes all covered members to receive high quality dental care at a fee reduction averaging 20% (5% additional health care financing card fees orthodontics 10%).

- Adult - $450/year
- Children (with primary paid adult member, 12 y.o. and under) - $375/year
*General cleanings in absence of periodontal (gum) disease. Two general cleaning per year included.

PAYMENT POLICY - RIDGE DENTAL GROUP HAS OPTIONS FOR YOU!
In order to provide the membership discounts to the treatment fees, the payment policies listed below must be followed:
The annual membership fee must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
Membership period will begin on the date of payment of initial payment or renewal and will be valid for one year.
All fees for treatment will be sue at the time of service.
The Ridge Dental Group reserves the right to terminate membership and/or refuse treatment without notice if the member fails to pay any dues or their account becomes delinquent at any time with no refunds.
